• Business name, business type, and GST number
• Product listings including photos, descriptions, and pricing
• Messages and enquiries sent between buyers and suppliers

We also automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, device type, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account on ThreadM
• To connect buyers with verified suppliers
• To send transactional emails (account verification, enquiry notifications)
• To improve the platform and personalise your experience
• To detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share information only in the following cases:

• Between buyers and suppliers: Business name, product details, and enquiry messages are shared as part of the marketplace function
• Service providers: We use Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Groq (AI features) — all under strict data processing agreements
• Legal requirements: If required by Indian law or court order

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage, HTTPS-only connections, row-level security on our database, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure — we encourage you to use a strong password and keep your credentials confidential.

5. Your Rights

As a ThreadM user, you have the right to:

• Access and download your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information via your account settings
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications
